Be pushy about VOTEing.

Hi,

If you have a PR and its not being voted on, that is not good. Please don't hesitate to push us to VOTE -- email dev@ or better yet, TinkerPop HipChat room.

I think its important we keep things cycling and its hard to know what needs voting when our email boxes are a constant stream of Jenkins/JIRA/Git/etc. emails.

Also, committers/PMC, if you VOTE'd on something and you notice it needs more VOTEs, please promote it.
