I don't see the utility in opening a JIRA for Jenkins test failures we can all see in emails and on the Jenkins UI. If there is no patch here or no reproduction or root cause analysis in a couple of days, we should close this as Cannot Reproduce, since the JIRA will add no value. Thanks.
