that's an intended warning for dependent scoped beans, because you have to handle the lifecycle of such instances on your own.
you can use e.g.:
CdiContainer cdiContainer = CdiContainerLoader.getCdiContainer();
cdiContainer.boot(); //if needed
ContextControl contextControl = cdiContainer.getContextControl();
instead.
