asset for content in WEB-INF?

HI all,

Question about assets...
context asset allows "context" assets to be resolved, private assets 
allow for stuff sitting in the classpath to be found... what about
stuff in WEB-INF? (Stuff other than page/component template and/or 
specifications?) Is there some simple way of getting at these, akin to 
private assets? TIA.
