Thanks for the tip. Modifying the startupProbe did it for me.

Just for completeness I'm am pasting a minimum working example of a `values.yaml` file

```yaml
webserver:
    startupProbe:
      timeoutSeconds: 60
      periodSeconds: 10     
      failureThreshold: 20

```

Note that I remove the httpGet and successThreshold as they were not allowed to be modified. Then 

```shell
helm upgrade $RELEASE_NAME apache-airflow/airflow --namespace $NAMESPACE -f  values.yaml
```
