[I] Update readme to include deployment best practices [fineract-consumer-facing]

edk12564 opened a new issue, #77:
URL: https://github.com/apache/fineract-consumer-facing/issues/77

To handle IP rate limiting and DDoS protection, it's important that production deployments utilize cloud environments. This is because the app is consumer facing, meaning DDoS attacks can be frequent and dangerous. The best way to prevent these issues is by deploying to the cloud, which has tooling that detects and mitigates these issues.

If a cloud deployment is used, IP rate limiting would happen at the edge, instead of in our NGINX proxy or at the application layer.
