How to send back wsdl file?

Hi all,

My service running with Soap 2.3.1 and Tomcat 4.3.
I need to send back WSDL file to client.

Anybody could give me idea on:
 1) where should the WSDL file be?
 2) how does the client get the file?
 3) how does server send back the WSDL file to client?
