[PR] Link the published Java SDK API reference from the Java SDK docs [airflow]
jason810496 opened a new pull request, #69433:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/69433
## Why
The Java SDK guide left an AIP-108 TODO in place of a Javadoc link. The docs pipeline now targets https://airflow.apache.org/docs/java-sdk/stable/, so the placeholder can become a real link.
## What
- Add an `API reference` section to `language-sdks/java.rst`, mirroring the Go SDK one from #69429.
- Replace the TODO with an inline `Java SDK API Reference` link.

Review Comment:
Since CI complained about spelling anyway… This is not _actually_ Javadoc, but an HTML rendering of the API. (Javadoc is a special kind of rendering, and ours is technically not it. A Javadoc rendering is bundled with the released artifacts, but not the on airflow.apache.org)
