test(nameserver): pin the nameserver registration contract

CreateNameServerDTO carries a NameServer registration. Three tests pin:
a valid request passes with the version reported; the version is
optional; the cluster and the address are required.
Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the addr constraint
message drifted (red). Restored: 3/3 green.
