Possible bug in checking standard ports in Futon config test case

Hi,

When I set CouchDB to listen on port 80, the config test in Futon fails. Since the value that results from server_port.pop() is quoted, shouldn't the value assigned to the port variable for standard ports (80 and 443) be in double quotes as well?
