[jira] [Created] (AIRFLOW-482) DAG Pool slot limit not taken from the admin

Bhavesh created AIRFLOW-482:
-------------------------------

Summary: DAG Pool slot limit not taken from the admin
                 Key: AIRFLOW-482
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-482
             Project: Apache Airflow
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: DagRun
    Affects Versions: Airflow 1.6.2
         Environment: Airflow version 1.6.2
            Reporter: Bhavesh

Slots defined for pools are not followed sometimes properly. For example we had DAG which runs daily and it is using pool which has restriction of 4 slots only but sometime the defined restriction is not applied. If we restart the DAG or airflow then everything works fine.So I like to know does this cause if we have DAG running for many days. Can you suggest best practices to avoid this.We are having DAG runs for more than 4 months.
