Phavroc - A PHP Avro schema compiler

Hello again,

Another message to announce to you the release of the first stable version
of Phavroc, A PHP Avro schema compiler.

Basically, it allows to generate modern php classes from valid avro schemas
(as it is already possible through an official tool for Java).

It is open sourced under Apache-2.0 license and available at
https://gitlab.com/Jaumo/phavroc.

Feel free to use it or contribute if you think it can be better :)
