Groovy build failing
Groovy build failing: are we really dependent on an artefact not in a
public repository?

AFAIK yes, bnd is used for OSGi integration, and not availble in Maven
Central. It's still in a public repo, but it's not very reliable.

I believe that was legacy before we started using the osgi plugin directly from gradle.
It should be cleaned up somewhat now.
