I was unable to submit a review request for Accumulo on ReviewBoard. I suspect review board was not updated when Accumulo transitioned from a podling to a TLP. However, I can not see a way to see the svn config for accumulo in review board to verify it.

Yep your right, nobody asked for the reviewboard config to be updated - until just now, done, please test and verify.
