I'm having repeated failures using 'svn ci' to put software artifacts on dist.apache.org (https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/nifi/). The artifacts are approximately 385M in size. I have attempted several client side fixes, to include using serf as an http-library and dramatically increasing the http timeouts, as well as trying tortoiseSVN from windows.

The error from svn (1.8.8 on ubuntu 14.04) after running
$ svn ci -m "NIFI-1379: nifi-0.5.0-RC2" nifi-0.5.0/nifi-0.5.0-bin.tar.gz
...
Transmitting file data .svn: E175002: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E175002: PUT request on '/repos/dist/!svn/txr/12348-alh/dev/nifi/nifi-0.5.0/nifi-0.5.0-bin.tar.gz' failed
