[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-11838) explore supporting Deeplearning4j NeuralNetwork models in contrib/ltr

Gus Heck commented on SOLR-11838:
---------------------------------

Have had some recent DL4J work and was thinking about something like this though hadn't thought about it in terms of LTR... was thinking in terms of streaming expressions etc. Is this meant to only support this for re-ranking or for a more generic/train/validate/predict over using the data that one already has in solr?

> Creating this ticket for the idea to be explored further (if anyone is interested in exploring it), complimentary to and independent of the SOLR-11597 RankNet related effort.
