When {{CacheObjectContext}} is created (see {{IgniteacheObjectProcessorImpl.contextForCache()}} method, default affinity mapper is also created regardless whether there is a custom mapper in configuration or not. This looks suspicious, so need to create a test for custom affinity mapper and fix if needed.
