> `StreamsKafkaClient` takes a `StreamsConfig` and calls `values` on it to create a `ChannelBuilder`. `values` creates a `Map` with parsed values for _defined_ config names. `StreamsConfig` doesn't define security settings itself and hence the security configs are dropped.
