republish the live site?

   Hey, asking for a favor...

   Can you re-publish the livesite given some changes I made this 
morning to fix links to http://nagoya which will be going away at some 
point?

   This fixes links to JIRA and to the news group archives.

ps -- after this, I will follow your docs/updating_livesite.txt 
instructions and get my environment setup.  :)
