[jira] [Updated] (KUDU-1065) [java client] Flexible Partition
Pruning
Jean-Daniel Cryans updated KUDU-1065:
-------------------------------------
Target Version/s: 0.9.0 (was: 0.8.0)
Dan's telling me this isn't happening in 0.8.0. The redo of the column predicates will get us far enough for the moment.
> [java client] Flexible Partition Pruning
> ----------------------------------------
>
> Key: KUDU-1065
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KUDU-1065
> Project: Kudu
> Issue Type: Sub-task
> Components: client, perf
> Affects Versions: Feature Complete
> Reporter: Jean-Daniel Cryans
> Assignee: Dan Burkert
> Priority: Critical
>
> After KUDU-782, we can specify the lower/upper bounds directly but the predicates lost their pruning ability. Should be added back.
