as seen during work on MSHARED-787, the current value for {{Created-By}} entry is {{Maven $\{maven.version}}} which is not reproducible

it would be better to have {{Maven Archiver $\{ma.version\}}} value by default
and an easy to use API for plugins that use the component to override the value with a more precise value like {{Maven XXX Plugin $\{version\}}}
