Durable Subscriber Timeout

Hello,

i would be nice to have the possibility to define a timeout for durable
subscribers. If a durable subscriber disconnects, change his name and than
connects, the old subscribtion is still there and reduces the performance of
the broker (it is a sort of "slow consumer"). So it can be good to have the
option to set a max time of inactivity and after that time the subscription
can be delete.
