Filter server names in HTTP Proxy

Hi,

I'm using the HTTP Proxy Server to record a web test and a lot of the HTTP requests are not wanted as they are not hosted on my servers. Although I'm sure it's a basic concept, how would I filter the requests added to my test plan based on server name?
