[Bug 54562] New: Web methods for SOAP request does not retain the
selection
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=54562
Bug ID: 54562
Summary: Web methods for SOAP request does not retain the
selection
Product: JMeter
Version: 2.8
Hardware: PC
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Main
Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
Reporter: radhasattanathan@fico.com
Classification: Unclassified
I loaded a WSDL and i got the list of drop down values to select from in the
Web methods. When i selected one and clicked configure it loaded the other
details( path, soap action etc.,) but when i clicked save the selection in the
Web methods went back to the first one in the list.
This leaves me confused as to if the application is testing the correct web
method.
Can you please verify and fix this bug.

Works for me as of 2.9 version.
Also note this element has been deprecated as of 2.9 version so no more fixes
will be done on it. You can use HTTP sampler as replacement.
