[I] integration test docker compose upgrade to 2.x [dubbo]

From July 2023 Compose V1 stopped receiving updates. It’s also no longer available in new releases of Docker Desktop.
upgrade to 2.x compatible issue:
1. command line change: docker-compose --> docker compose
2. container name change: myproject_svc_1 --> myproject-svc-1
`export COMPOSE_COMPATIBILITY=1` will make v2 Compatible with v1
