GRE Isolation Broken in VPC Tier #2996

Hello Everyone,

I cannot get the GRE Isolation working. I think it is broken.

I created an issue on github: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/2996

Is anyone using this feature successfully? Is anyone familiar enough with it to fix it?
