1. 3副本3C3D ，7*24小时 写入完成。
增加第4个datanode ，ip64.
对regionId=1 进行迁移，从ip68 迁移到ip64，
ip64的数据已迁移完成，但是confignode 的日志一直停留在：
2022-12-30 20:41:37,708 [ProcExecWorker-10] INFO  o.a.i.c.p.i.s.RegionMigrateProcedure:253 - [REMOVE_DATANODE_PROCESS], Wait for state REMOVE_REGION_PEER finished, regionId: TConsensusGroupId(type:DataRegion, id:1) 

长达12小时，没继续下一步操作。
测试环境
192.168.10.62/66/68 72CPU 256GB
ip64 是增加的第4个datanode，配置相同。

迁移命令
./sbin/start-cli.sh -h 192.168.10.68 -e "migrate region 1 from 5 to 6"
迁移前的region信息
