As I see, the LinkSubmit component does not render its body when rewinding so wrapped components do not get rewound. This may cause StaleLinkException if form-related components are wrapped by it (like If, Else, etc).

Of course it causes StaleLinkExc. only if the LinkSubmit's body contains form components like non-volatile If, Else, etc

I checked the latest SVN version and it is not yet working correctly.
It works with enabled LinkSubmits.
But if the LinkSubmit is disabled then:
- renderFormComponent() is called when rendering
- rewindFormComponent() is not called when rewinding. This is because AbstractFormComponent.renderComponent() contains the following condition:
if (!isDisabled())
{
rewindFormComponent(writer, cycle);
}
So in case of disabled LinkSubmits the component's body is not rendered when rewinding which causes StaleLinkException.
Maybe the isDisabled() check should go to a higher level allowing the components to decide whether they want to perform any operation or not.
