* Avoid BTree iterators allocation in ColumnsCollector.update
 * reduce amout of virtual calls for Cell.dataSize
 * avoid capturing lambda allocation in BTreeRow.clone
 * Do not recalculate minLocalDeletionTime when BTreeRow is cloned
