Self explanatory

As I suspected the bar chart is the same as the column chart. 
I have enclosed a spreadsheet showing the old chart created in earlier versions
of OO.  

This issue is a result of Issue 121231 since we can no longer copy a chart from
one spreadsheet to another and access Data Ranges.
