PVSIConfiguration example question

Hi,

I am running the PSVIConfiguration XNI example and had a question about some
of the PSVI results.   It appears that even though the schema validator is
reporting errors on both attributes and on elements, the PSVI only sets the
validity to "INVALID_VALIDITY" for attributes and not for elements.  In fact
it appears all elements' validity is set to "UNKNOWN_VALIDITY".    Does
anyone know why this is so?    Does this mean it isnt doing validation at
the element level?  (i think it is because the error handler is receiving
errors on elements).

Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
