please use your @apache.org email for committs

Hi Otavio and others!

Please do use your 
otaviojava@apache.org email address for committing. Currently you seem to use 
otaviojava@people.apache.org which is one 'people' too much ;)

You are also missing in our project group it seems [1]. Gonna fix that.
Whoops just figured that we are totally missing right now [2]. Trying to get this straight.
