[Dilivarable] Apache Stratos 3.0.0-RC1-incubating release

Hi,

Here the list of deliverable that we can ship with RC1. Please do
add/delete/comment.

   1. Source package - git tag
   2. Binary Packages (Stratos CC, Stratos Agent, Stratos ELB and Stratos
   Controller)
   3. Build guide
   4. Developer contribution guide - wiki
   5. Architecture - wiki
   6. Pre configured EC2 AMIs - for demo
   7. Pre configured Rackspace images ( can we do for RC1 or do it in RC2?)
   8. PHP, MySQL and Tomcat cartridges
   9. User guide (EC2/RackSpace) - wiki
   10. Samples - wiki
   11. Detail guide on deploying from scratch - wiki
   12. Demo on Hangout
