Hello,
In our configuration reference docs, we provide information about the environment variables that affect the options.

Unfortunately, this list is not complete. Some configuration options can also be set using `AIRFLOW__{SECTION}__{OPTION}__SECRET` or `AIRFLOW__{SECTION}__{OPTION}__CMD` env variable.
