Hi all,

so the vote passes with:

4 binding +1
1 non-binding +1 
And one binding -1 vote.

Weh ave asked the community, if we should do a new RC for the documentation issue, but the majority of people who responded were for still releasing. The issues mentioned have been addressed in develop and will be fixed in the next release.

We do not build without JDK 11.
