Good morning!
My computer uses Windows 2000 Professional. I downloaded apache_2.0.47-win32-
x86-no_ssl.msi, but there is always a error message "Apache monitor is already
started." in the end.

The purpose for me to use this Apache HTTP server is to practice my Perl
programming. I installed it at C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2
When I was trying to run some Perl files such as the one "printenv.pl" already
in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\cgi-bin , In URL I put
http://localhost/cgi-bin/printenv.pl , it gives the messages such as" Server
internal error or misconfiguration.....". I opened the error log, it always
says:

[Wed Aug 06 08:51:17 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (OS 3)The system cannot
find the path specified. : couldn't spawn child process: C:/Program
Files/Apache Group/Apache2/cgi-bin/printenv.pl

Please help. Thank you very much.

best regards,
Ken
