Page on streaming algorithm describes "proposed" way this could be implemented.

It needs updating to reflect the actual implementation. 

The unparsing algorithm used is the biggest issue. What is described is quite different from what was implemented. 

The existing proposed unparsing description language should be preserved in an appendix section about possible future unparser enhancement, as it describes a more optimal algorithm, albeit a more complex one.
