RE: How to identify threads in Jmeter test uniquely.
Hi,
Please see enclosed the details of a run. I am getting some "Thread
Name" as repeating for eg. 1-4, 1-3, 1-7. Is there a way to avoid it.
Also to confirm my last query i.e. I am getting the Thread name beyond
1-10 but only issue now id repetitions. Is there any setting to get rid
of that.

Works fine for me:
<httpSample t="79" lt="79" ts="1227879345311" s="true" lb="HTTP
Request" rc="302" rm="Moved Temporarily" tn="Intraday 1-10" dt="text"
by="221"/>
<httpSample t="47" lt="47" ts="1227879345405" s="true" lb="HTTP
Request" rc="302" rm="Moved Temporarily" tn="Intraday 1-11" dt="text"
by="221"/>
What does the View Results Tree or Table Listener show for the Thread
name?
Are you sure that you are looking at the correct samples?

If there is more than one sample in the thread (or the thread loop
count > 1), then obviously the thread name will be repeated.
