When issuing a RESERVE operation requesting the below, I received a reservation with the wrong value (6566.4002):

  resources {
    name: "mem"
    type: SCALAR
    scalar {
      value: 6566.4001
    }
    role: "role1"
    reservation {
      principal: "default-principal"
    }
  }
