Junit and testing

Hi,

Just noticed in the fulcrum build that some junit stuff was commented out.
Just wanted to point out that the junit jar must be in your $ANT_HOME/lib in
order to use the <junit> task. Don't know the details, that's just what's
stated in the ant docs.

I'm just working on the testing code for fulcrum when I noticed a comment by
dlr.
