With commit [85cd048f|https://github.com/tesla/m2eclipse-tycho/commit/85cd048ffcd47020992bdec2cd44f1a4945173bf] m2eclipse-tycho will no longer regenerate the bundle's manifest on each change. This will result in improved performance. 

However, it might also mean that when a new SCR component is added the manifest's Service-Component will not get updated with the location of the newly generated descriptor files.
