   Hi @kimmking ,
   Thanks for the reply. I tried the Current_User but it returns the username defined in the connection string defined in the configuration.yaml, and not the user in the server.yaml.
   
   So, the scenario is that: I need to distinguish among users by either their ip address or user name or anything else. Do you have any suggestions for this? I have white-box access to Sharding Proxy, so if there is any class in the Sharding Proxy that provides such information, I can get the info from there too.
