   ### What happened
   
   Pulsar connector does not working in Sort module yet. The Flink job fails with Pulsar connector. The dependency of "jul-to-slf4j" is missing. And Pulsar Admin needs it.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   It should work with Pulsar connector.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Start sort job with Pulsar data flow.
