what does this error mean

hi,
can someone tell me what is the meaning of  following error which appears in
the server console when i try to invoke from client

In TemplateProvider.locate()
URI: urn:ECRM
DD.ServiceClass: org.apache.soap.providers.StatelessEJBProvider
DD.ProviderClass: null
Call.MethodName: logFeedback
Exception caught: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
