Windows 8 + Eclipse Juno + Tomcat 7+ Apache Flex 4.9 + Adobe AIR + Flash Builder 4.7

Hello

    I had some problem to figure out how to install the last version of  
eclipse, air, flex and at the same time be able to run tomcat from  
eclipse. I want to share a small tutorial I made.

I hope will help somebody in the same situation then me.
