The patch does not build the stub files from the WSDLs.  Because we rely on Maven to prebuild some pieces for the Ant build, I don't think we cannot rely on the Ant build to create pieces for the Maven build.  However, if it is possible in maven to invoke ant, then maybe you could fix this properly.
