[PR] Update URLs to use HTTPS in site.xml [ambari]

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   Should use HTTPS to avoid site spoofing.
   
   * The meetup.com address seems to not work anyway (the Ambari group is not found)
   * There are probably other pages that need fixing - would a PMC member be able to carry on this work? 
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
