BUILD FAILED when installing plugins

I get a BUILD FAILED when running "forrest install-plugin". I get the same
errors when the zip archives are saved local. Is it not supported to prompt
me for a name. btw the "forrest available-plugins" command works.

As mentioned in a previous mail, the docs you indicated you were using
are out of date (the ones you found in the archives). It is no longer
necessary to install plugins manually. You need to work with the current
docs linked to by David previously, this will tell you how to get
Forrest to auto-install any needed plugins.
