Add report for Myriad podling

  
  Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:

+   1. Work on refactoring the existing code-base to take advantage of the advances made in the containerized orchestration space.
+   2. Make it easier for committers to get their changes reviewed and merged.
+   3. Come up with a roadmap of features for upcoming releases and work towards release 0.3
