[jira] [Updated] (DERBY-6168) Clean up registered format ids

Knut Anders Hatlen updated DERBY-6168:
--------------------------------------

    Attachment: d6168-2a.diff

d6168-2a.diff fixes the remaining issues:

- Remove entries for the non-existing classes SaveLWMOperation and ReplaceJarConstantAction from RegisteredFormatIds.TwoByte

- Remove the entry for ByteArray in RegisteredFormatIds.TwoByte, as instances of that class are not stored through the Formatable machinery

- Remove unused constants for the above mentioned classes in StoredFormatIds, as well as the constants for other non-existing classes: AddJarConstantAction, DropJarConstantAction and ExternalizableConnection

> RegisteredFormatIds and StoredFormatIds contain identifiers for classes that implement the Formatable interfaces and are used when serializing/deserializing instances of those classes.
> Many of the classes referenced there do however not implement Formatable. The references to them could be removed. I've seen that many classes in the impl.sql.execute.rts package are there, none of which implement Formatable. There may be more.
